Online Orders Using PAYPAL

Our PayPal shopping cart is a secure way to pay for your purchases using your credit card or check. Each item has an "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" button at the bottom of each page.

You will be taken to the PayPal cart where you may adjust quantities or remove an item.

We cannot ship PayPal orders until we receive verified payment.

What is your return policy? TOP

Returns and Exchanges

In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days. Returned items must be unworn, and unwashed.

Customers are responsible to insure and securely ship the returned product. We do not accept COD deliveries.

An exchange will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item or your return will be credited back to the original method of payment.

US Domestic Orders

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified
P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO deliveries ship via USPS Priority Mail
Orders are processed for shipment within 48 hours for ready made items.
Orders are shipped in One-Two weeks for custom made skirts.
Orders received Friday after 1 pm Central Time will ship Monday
Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday
No orders are processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays
Allow 5-7 days for domestic delivery, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO
Orders shipped via USPS can conveniently be tracked online

No Release of Information to Third Parties
The Modest Mom will never, under any circumstances, release your information to third parties. We do not engage in marketing campaigns which employ telephone solicitations, mass mailings or e-mail spamming.

The Modest Mom does not distribute information about our web site visitors. Like all Internet businesses, our system does recognize the Internet Service Provider our visitors use; however, it provides no information regarding names, addresses, or other personal data that would allow us to identify them.
